How I operate

Program leadership with a builder’s mindset.

I’m at my best where operations, program management, systems thinking, and AI overlap — especially when the problem is ambiguous and the existing process is held together by meetings, spreadsheets, and heroics.

My approach

Build the system, not the dependency.

I look for the constraint first: what is actually slowing the work down? Then I design the smallest operating system that changes the outcome — clear ownership, better information flow, reusable processes, automation where appropriate, and a feedback loop.

AI is a force multiplier in that toolkit. I use it to accelerate synthesis, classification, drafting, pattern detection, and workflow execution — without handing away accountability or judgment.

Program / Project

Ownership, milestones, sequencing, dependencies, risk, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.

AI

AI & Automation

Agents, reusable skills, workflow design, context engineering, governance, and evaluation.

DA

Data & Systems

Dashboards, reporting systems, intake architecture, self-service tools, and operational visibility.

CH

Change & Adoption

Enablement, governance, playbooks, operating cadences, stakeholder influence, and sustained adoption.

Interesting problem? I want to hear it.

I’m interested in AI workflow, program/operations, enablement, and strategic systems work — full-time, contract, or project-based.
